Château Motte Maucourt Bordeaux Blanc is a blend of 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Sauvignon Gris. The traditional winemaking process includes skin maceration, fermentation at controlled temperatures (16-18°C), and aging on the lees for about 2 months, resulting in a fruity, round, and flexible wine. It is a dry white wine that pairs perfectly with seafood and fish dishes, but can also be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif. It is recommended to be consumed within 2 years.
