O Purist Tsipouro 700ml

O/PURIST tsipouro is an exquisite and innovative distillate, a product of double distillation, which brings together the elements of traditional tsipouro, the artistry and passion of the people of the Greek countryside, and the cultural heritage of our land with those of an internationally standard distillate. During the first distillation, grapes of three varieties - Malagousia, Roditis, and Ugni Blanc - are distilled in a multiple re-distillation alembic at a slow pace for 10 hours. The blend is placed in a traditional, copper alembic where the second distillation of the distillate takes place, with the presence of Greek herbs, fruits, and spices: onion, cucumber, blueberry, juniper, quince, lemon, orange, grapefruit peel, as well as carob, licorice, angelica root, anise, cinnamon, and fennel.
