Plantation Xaymaca Rum is a distilled rum that blends dry, floral, and fruity notes, such as rose water, white grape, apricot, and pear, with coconut milk, spices, bread, and nuts. On the nose, it is complex, slightly smoky, and herbal, with initial notes of vanilla, dough, cooked banana, and ripe pineapple. The finish is fine, featuring layers of honey and dried fruits, combined with subtle hints of wood. It ages for 1-3 years in bourbon barrels and 1 year in Ferrand oak barrels.
