Cynar has a clear brown color with deep red highlights. On the nose, it reveals aromas of raspberry, tomato, and a subtle smokiness. On the palate, it offers a bittersweet sensation of cooked vegetables with notes of caramel and toffee, combined with the bitterness of quinine and cinnamon. The long finish lingers with a bitter quinine sensation and aromas of mint stems, along with hints of smoky caramel.
