Spicy character, peppers, dense black fruit, herbaceousness, and Mediterranean herbs. Having aged for a year in new barrels, it presents an almost perfect and high-quality influence of the barrel on the wine, which will further evolve with time. Dry on the palate, robust, with high levels of tannins and crisp acidity.
