Kyoto Ki No Bi Gin is crafted with Japanese botanicals, such as yellow yuzu from the north of Kyoto Prefecture, akamatsu (Japanese red pine) wood chips, bamboo, gyokuro tea from the Uji region, and green sanshō berries (Japanese peppercorn). Bottled at 45.7% ABV, Ki No Bi uses a rice spirit base and pure underground water sourced from the renowned sake brewing district of Fushimi.
