Mellow Corn Whiskey 700ml

Mellow Corn Whiskey is produced according to a unique set of regulations that define Straight Corn Whiskey. It is distilled from a mash consisting of at least 80% corn and aged for four years in a barrel that was previously used for Bourbon. In comparison to the deep amber color created by freshly charred oak barrels used in the production of other Bourbons and American whiskies, the result from used barrels is a lighter, straw-like distillate. Heaven Hill Distillery is one of the few remaining producers of this unique whiskey.
