Cava Boutari Red 2019 750ml

Cava Boutari Red is visually recognizable by the light terracotta hues on the rim of the glass. Quite a rustic nose, with medium aromatic intensity, featuring evolved aromas of dried fruit jam such as fig and cherry, along with smoke and vegetal notes of tomato. Medium-bodied, not particularly concentrated, but with a solid tannic structure and moderate acidity. Η ένταση αρωμάτων στο στόμα είναι μέτρια, σε αρμονία με τα αρώματα στη ‘μύτη’, με τα μπαχάρια και τη δρυ ωστόσο να ‘ξεπροβάλλουν’ λίγο παραπάνω.
